We provide round-the-clock emergency services for Birmingham and Staffordshire. With completely transparent pricing: no call-out fees, no travel charges and no hidden costs. We charge in 15 minute increments with a minimum charge of one hour per tradesperson, plus materials, products, parking and VAT.

- The first hour of our emergency service is pre-charged and the balance must be paid upon completion by debit or credit card.
- Materials are charged at our trade price from our preferred wholesalers.
- Any time spent collecting parts or materials not carried as van stock is kept to an absolute minimum and is charged at the current emergency hourly rate. If you prefer, you are welcome to collect these items yourself from preferred wholesalers so our engineer(s) can continue working without interruption.
- Our service is subject to availability.
- *Our Standard Emergency rates exclude public/bank holidays plus Christmas and Easter holiday periods as we define them; these periods will be charged at our rate titled: HOLIDAY PERIODS.
- We are closed on Christmas Day.
- We are available during the Christmas holiday period as defined by us, which for 2025 is from 20/12/25 – 04/01/26, inclusive of these dates.
- We are available during the Easter holiday period as defined by us, which for 2026 is from 03/04/26 – 06/04/26, inclusive of these dates.
